I was watching Parkour and Free Running videos for animation reference and I asked :icondemon-kitty: "How does someone decide they want to jump off tall buildings?" and she said "Maybe like shoving baby birds out of a nest"

And so this comic was born.

San-Diu isn't really that insensitive... in reality/canon, he probably wrapped Kar-Yue up in so much pillows and safety equipment that Kar-Yue had to remind him that one can't free run as a marshmallow.

San-Diu is a really over-protective parent. But I think I would be too if Templars were out to kill me and steal the information in my brain and I had kids (I think I'm going to donate my eggs for money when I'm old enough... then people who want kids can have them since they're obviously wasted with me).

...the only major difference between young Kar-Yue and old Kar-Yue is her pink hair clips...

For some reason, I call my dad "deddy" instead of "daddy" and my characters do that also.

-- Pity the dyslexic, agnostic, insomniac; he stays up all night wondering if there is a dog.--
Aw, I think it's cute. ^^ The deddy thing, not pushing the poor girl off the ledge.

Warning: Prone to being emo and irritable.
Suggested action: Give candy and hugs.

~Kia, proving she's just that perverted.
Ever had moments like this before, yourself? :D Too funny.

I'm too much of a coward. I don't even come close the the edges of things, much less get shoved off them.

Reminds me of when my dad shoved me off a diving board...XD

.....What???
Hehe, that's good, heights are bad, but I meant any situation where you were a little unsure and your parents just shoved you and smiled.

Swimming lessons. There's this kiddie swimming lesson place where the teacher just purposely shoves little (preschool or earlier little) kids heads in water to make them get over fear of water. I went there when I was little @_@ I don't entirely remember the episode... but I've been a coward all my life. My parents sent me to preschool one year late because I just bawled non-stop the first time they tried to bring me.

That is truly funny.

This is a definite fave.
