Okay, before someone shoots me... Of course this is meant to be humorous and any interpretation of it as anything besides black humor will cause my laughing reaction.

What the hell incited this?

I noticed that I happen to like characters with incredibly unorthodox methods... namely, (possibly) good intentions carried out in the most violent way possible.

Raito/Light Yagami from Death Note- "Let's make the world a better place... KILL ALL CRIMMINALS!"

The Assassins from Assassin's Creed- "We don't like war... let's go kill some officials!"

Kaeru, my Avatar the Last Airbender Role-play Water Bender Assassin- "I hate war, let's go kill Fire Lord Ozai" (yes... it's approximately the same idea as Assassin's Creed...)

Knives from Trigun- "Hmm... let's save the planet... DESTROY ALL HUMANS!" / "Let's save the butterfly... *kills a spider*"

Kaxen of the World Domination Party- "Let's make the world a better place! Kill the stupid!"

If no one is alive, no one can start a war/disturb the peace... not the best solution as far as human interest goes, but it's a solution... :/

I don't think a war was ever stopped by an endless string of assassinations, but how do you think that would go?
